TALK AND LATEST NEWS ON UNIVERSAL LOVE.
Hi, Looking out of my window I wonder where our summer has gone, the rain is pouring down here at the moment, I've come to the conclusion that Wales is the rain forest of Britain, he he. It seems ages since I had my holiday in Spain but it's only a few weeks ago, I was complaining about the heat there, never again. The children will be breaking up for their summer holidays soon, I hope the weather will be kinder for them so they will be able to get outside in the fresh air to play.
I haven't got much to say this month, due to me having a chest infection that is hanging on and not getting better quick enough for me, even taking antibiotics hasn't shifted it. But as the song says I'll survive.
I'm so pleased to see people are using my free links directory, there are a lot of different websites there for you to visit, Please feel free to add your own website if you have one.
I hope you will enjoy using the weather forecast tool at the bottom of the index page, I find it very handy when I want to know what the weather is going to be like for the week ahead, just type in the town you live in where it says edit, a list will come up with your town on, click on it and away you go.
I still haven't had time to get my head around my blog yet, There are some great blogs out on the web, mine looks a little bland compared to some of them, The blog is getting very popular these days, everyone seems to have one. I'll see what bravenet has to offer to brighten mine up a bit. If you have any ideas to share with me please get in touch through the contact page.
That's all for now folks, Enjoy your Summer rain or shine.

I'm making sure I'm early with my blog post this month to make up for my lack of time keeping last month.
Here we are in June and the rain is teeming down, high winds and cold. In Britain we have a saying about June "Flaming June " which means the weather is usually very hot, but so far we have missed it. but always the optimist I am sure it is just around the corner. We did have some scorching weather in May so maybe we had our "Flaming June" early who knows.
I'll be away from it next week as I'm going to Spain for a holiday, I'm busy shopping, packing and shopping getting ready to go. Like all us girls I will probably take to much but better to be prepared than get caught out without something, it could be expensive to buy in Spain. My husband packs the night before usually using one case, I on the other hand take everthing except the kitchen sink. I think he's the wise one as I don't use half the things I take, does it sound familiar girls.
I went to my best friends daughters wedding a few weeks ago, it was held in a hotel everything was so relaxed and we all had a wonderful time. Although there are still many weddings taking place in church here more and more people are taking our American cousins custom of getting hitched elsewhere, I myself don't mind either way, to me it's the ceremony of two people in love commiting themselves to each other where they do is their choice.
I hope you are enjoying the Universal Love Free Greetings service I have provided, I love sending e-cards to my family and friends, it 's a great way to keep in touch and a boon to be able to send someones an e-card when your busy and not able to go and buy one. I hope you will keep using it as a way to enhance your lives in a positive way.
The answer to the riddle was the Lions den because if they hadn't eaten for 3 years they would be dead and it would be quite safe to enter.
Bye for now I'll will write again next month when I will have more to tell you about my holiday in Spain. God Bless in Universal Love and Peace Hannah ^j^
Hi, It's May Day Bank holiday here, everyone has a day off to celebrate the start of spring. In the olden days and some places still do they dance around a Maypole, which is a tall pole with ribbons handing down from the top, then people take hold of the ribbons and dance around the Maypole, the tradition goes back to medievel times. In England they have Morris Dancers as well, two rows of men face one another and dance with the traditional costume of the Morris dancer on, of course there is more to it than that, but as I live in Wales we don't have the same tradition so I'm afraid I can't explain all the steps and moves that the Morris dancer do, they depict different themes I think.
I had a great surprise the other day on Link Referrel where I use to promote Universal Love. I visited a site called http://littlebitsofthat.blogspot.com there was a riddle there which I thought I knew the answer to, but when I tried to send it in there were no verification letters to fill in so it wouldn't go, I send an email to Lisa the site owner explaining it and gave her my answer to the riddle. She was kind enough to write back to me to let me know I had the right answer and she would post it on her site, WOW, I was over the moon, I have never sent in anything for a competition before never mind getting it right. Here is the riddle, see if you can answer it.
"A murderer is condemned to death. He has to choose between three rooms. The first is full of raging fires, the second is full of assassins with loaded guns, and the third is full of lions that haven't eaten in 3 years. Which room is safest for him?"
If you know the answer let me know throught my guestbook.
If not I'll give you the answer in the next blog entry.
Bye for now, keep happy and have fun.
Hello Everybody, Here I am again, late with this months entry only just made it, I hope you all had a great Easter Holiday, My family were not so lucky I'm afraid, we all went down with a stomach bug, so no Easter dinner or chocolate for us this year, just drank boiled water, which did the trick, we're all fine now and making up for it.
The weather was really sunny, which was good for the little ones from the local primary school as they paraded their Easter Bonnets around the block where we live, I remember my son doing the same thing, they do it every year, it's great to see them and the beautiful bonnets they make themselves. I took a photo, but feel it's not proper to show it here for privacy reasons. Shame though.
My forum has gone a bit quite, so get going and post a subject for everyone to answer, or answer one already there, If you have a problem why not post it, you don't have to leave your full name or email, someone will have been through the same problem and might be able to help you. After all that's what this website is all about to help one another along our lifes journey.
I'll say bye for now, Look after yourselves until we meet again. Hannah.
Hi Everyone, Here I am again, It was Mothering Sunday here today. I was spoilt by my family, they took me out for a meal at the High Tide in Porthcawl a local seaside town, the meal was delicious, and after we sat outside with a cup of coffee looking out over the sea, a most enjoyable day. Had chocs and flowers as well, I am lucky.
Yesterday Friday Ist March was St Davids day here in Wales, he's our patron saint, England has St George, Scotland has St Andrew, and Ireland has St Patrick. for St Davids day the children dress up in traditional welsh costume with a tall hat and we all pin either a daffodil or leek on our coats. In days gone by they used to hold male voice choir competitions as well.
I hope you like the new GuestMap I've put on my site, please have a look in and let us know you have paid us a visit and the country you are from. The free links Directory is automatic, just fill in your details and it will come up on the Directory page.
Well that's all for now, I might write another post this month, see you all then.

Hello Everyone.
Here I am again with my Xmas Message to you all. It's a season for giving and letting our reservation down, give a smile and say hello to someone as you pass them in the street, you might be the only person who has smiled and spoken to them that day.
My grandson Leon whose 7months old gave a smile to a surly elderly gentelman and the gentleman smiled back at him. Babies and children have no perceived idea's and biases about people they just give from the heart.
We should not forget that, but try and be child-like in our ways towards one another. A smile costs nothing but can give so much pleasure to people. As our great teacher and master Jesus taught us, out of the mouths of babes. We should listen to our children and hear what they have to say, there is great wisdom in their words.
Lets make our new years resolutions to smile more, lot nicer than having to give up something. Enjoy your Xmas Holiday, a very Merry Xmas to you all. Talk again in the New Year. 2008. Hannah & Team.
Hello everyone. I've been busy the last few weeks, had the family staying, the time I spend with them is precious. We went shopping for lots of goodies for their Halloween party. I hope you enjoyed yourselves, we had lots of children knock our door for trick or treat, thank goodness I was prepared with a stack of chocolate for them, it's a bit of traditional fun here that goes back to pagan days of old.
It's Guy Fawkes day here today. He tried to blow up parliament in the 16th century but was found before he could do his nasty deed,The children make effigies of him, they ask penny for the guy, then build a bonfire to burn the guy and cook potatos and let off fireworks. Most towns have an organised event to celebrate it now. A lot safer and cheaper.
I have added two new pages to my site one is Authors I decided there was no room to put more than a few articles from the same author, so hence the page authors where they can have their own page. It doesn't have to be a published book, as long as it's all your own work that will do.
The page Life is just that, for people to send in articles about their life or what they get up to in their communities like welly throwing competitions, etc. all positive things that don't get in the news, to share and give upliftment to people. If you could send a Photo of yourself with your contributions that would be an added bonus.
I'm getting the hang of this blog thing now, I'll try my best to post an entry in every month. Christmas will be here soon, I'll be posting my Christmas message to you all.
Bye for now, Take care of yourselves and your families.

Hi everyone, I have had people ask me if they can submit more than one contribution into Universal Love. You can send as many as you like. I'm aiming to put links to the writings on each page eventually when I have enough material to warrant it. So feel free to send as many as you like the more the merrier. I hope you like the new games and quotes I have added.
It's a miserable overcast day today here in Wales. But nothing gets us Brits down, we just put on our warm rainproof coats and get on with the day. We have been lucky with the weather though, last week we had what we call an Indian Summer, really quite hot and sunny. I don't know who started calling a sunny spell in October an Indian Summer but it's a very old saying here. If anyone knows the answer please share it with us.
Bye for now, got to get the day started.

Hello friends Hannah here again, I'm still learning how to use this blog, so be patient with me.
I found a prayer room on a website when I was surfing the net, and decided to share it with you, Let me know what you think about it.
Also found a lot of free games on google for your pleasure, I can finish the daily crossword easily, but the New York Times takes me longer.
I'm aiming to put an authors page on when I get enough authors sending in their writings, so keep looking in to see what's new.
Its coming up to Autumn here in Britain, some of the leaves are already falling off the trees, but when Autumn settles in there are so many lovely colours to see with burned orange, red and brown colours until the winter brings the cold wind and they disappear for another year. But winter has it's own beauty with the frost making designs on your windows and the snow flakes falling to make a carpet of white on the ground.
I'll say goodbye for now, keep warm. Hannah ^j^
